KUKA Robotics will demonstrate a range of advanced automation technologies at Robonumérique Lévis.
MISSISSAUGA, ON, October 9, 2025 – KUKA Robotics will demonstrate a variety of advanced automation technologies at Robonumerique Levis, November 4-5 at the Levis Convention Center in Levis, Quebec, Canada. The company will be showcasing innovative solutions throughout the event, including joint demonstrations with official KUKA system partner OptiMach, live operation of the KMP 600P autonomous mobile robot (AMR), solutions for robotics education, and an interactive display of next-generation iiQKA.OS software and digital tools designed to facilitate automation.
KUKA and system partner OptiMach will present a live demonstration of smart welding via the KR CYBERTECH nanorobot, powered by real-time vision and artificial intelligence (AI), combined with virtual scanning for component analysis and automatic adjustment of the welding path. As a plug-and-play solution, industrial robot cells require no coding, programming, or CAD drawings, ensuring accessibility for all skill levels. Once you enter certain parameters, the cell automatically performs the weld, regardless of the relative position of the parts.
The KMP 600P AMR is the perfect solution for optimizing your logistics system, efficiently transporting materials up to 600 kg and excelling in navigating tight production environments. KMP 600P operates in room 101A and interacts with equipment and obstacles found in real-world settings.
Interactive displays provide information about the latest generation of KUKA automation technology, including the iiQWorks digital engineering suite, the iiQKA.OS2 operating system and the KR C5 micro-2 ultra-thin controller. Visitors to the KUKA booth will have the opportunity to learn about KUKA’s latest production cell, the arc_cellerate cell, which standardizes and simplifies entry into robotic arc welding.
KUKA will also be showcasing solutions for robot education, such as the ready2_educate mobile training cell running with KUKA.SmartBinPicking software and a separate LBR iisy cobot with an educational kit for teaching simple robot tasks.
All KUKA automation solutions, including those on display at Robonumérique Lévis, are supported by the company’s professional services and support for training, complete system engineering and simulation, readily available spare parts and robot refurbishment. These services can be accessed immediately from the my.KUKA.com site. KUKA provides responsive customer service and support through strategically located headquarters, production operations, and integrated partner facilities throughout North America.
