Danon With the launch of Industry 5.0 Academy, we are committed to artificial intelligence training and education initiatives across the enterprise, designed to help support talent development and digital scaling.

This program will help companies accelerate AI, automation and other adoption Smart TechnologyAccording to Danone.

20,000 operational employees will access the academy. It aims to promote collaboration between teams and support the adoption of advanced technology in AI, robotics and smart devices.

Smart sensors that detect vibrations and temperature changes and predict problems before the machine is generated eliminate the need for routine checks and reduce downtime.An AI assistant that analyzes production line data, identifies efficiency, and reduces energy consumption by reducing Danone’s factory’s carbon footprint.With operational optimizations such as spray drying in AI baby formula production, employees can improve real-time analysis, scenario planning and decision-making.With AI-powered digital twin simulations, Danone can effectively test new recipes and production scenarios.
