In February, Estée Lauder announced that it was consolidating existing regional organizations into four geographical clusters.
Gandon joins the executive team and reports directly to President and CEO Stephen Dela Fabery.

Gandon recently served as global chief marketing director at Nestleshe was tasked with implementing new operating models, launching a global content studio, and developing strategic partnerships with technology platforms such as Google, Meta, Amazon, and Netflix.
Before Nestlé, Gandon played several leadership roles at Google. This included global managing directors for platforms and ecosystems, overseeing integrated brands and creative strategies.
Early in her career, Gandon worked for global advertising agencies such as Publicis Worldwide, McCann, and Leo Burnett.
