Kitchen Appliance Company Instant Pot Brand Zsuzsanna Leber was named the EVP of Marketing, e-commerce and consumer care in May last year as part of a brand overhaul.

The company thought it was time for reform, Lever says. CGT, And this effort has brought fresh leadership teams to reposition the brand into innovation and smarter solutions for home cooks.

About the Instant Pot Brand

The company has changed its name from an instant brand to an instant pot brand in connection with its bankruptcy filing, as a result of its separation from the former parent company’s instant brand.

Instant Pot Brands is currently a standalone company under new ownership by its Center Lane Partners.

Before improvements, silos within the core business area were fragmented across all channels, leading to inconsistent customer experiences. This is an issue that I tried to overcome by unifying the functions under one EVP.

“They saw the need for someone who could seamlessly bridge the core business pillars (products, e-commerce, support) under one strategic vision,” she says. So she was tasked with coordinating the end-to-end consumer experience, from groundbreaking cooking solutions to thoughtful post-purchase care.
