Applications are currently open for Entrepreneurs’ Dairy Programme in 2025, a sector-leading business training course for ambitious next-generation farmers.
Aspiring dairy professionals across the UK are invited to apply for the 2025 consumption of specialized business training courses.
The initiative is designed to help the next generation of dairy entrepreneurs acquire the skills to succeed in a competitive, evolving sector.
From late September to November 2025, the program is intended for individuals looking to expand their role in the dairy industry.
Currently, in this second year, courses are being offered by the Royal Society of Dairy Farmers (RABDF), in collaboration with NFU, AHDB and Andersons Center.
It already supports over 450 participants from a wide range of backgrounds and offers practical, professionally led sessions covering business planning, finance, taxation, leadership, succession and more.
The 2025 edition will be delivered face-to-face and divided into two important regions (Midlands and North and Scotland and South) to ensure accessibility and local relevance.
Key topics covered in the course include the milk market and dairy supply chain, business structure, finance and taxation.
Participants explore not only dairy branding and marketing strategies, but also people’s management and leadership.
This course is open to people over the age of 20. Locations are limited and early applications are encouraged to avoid disappointment.
The program costs VATs of over £580 and will cost additional fees for optional accommodation during certain sessions.
The application was closed on August 30, 2025 and can be completed online on the RABDF website.
