Climatec and Paladin Technologies have evolved into a singular organization that operates under the unified name of Bosch Building Technologies.
Phoenix/Vancouver/Bloomington, October 1, 2025 – From January 1, 2026, Bosch will integrate the operations of the Global Building Technology Integrator under the unified name, Bosch Building Technologies. The conversion includes North American Climatec and Paladin Technologies, combining branch networks under the Bosch brand to rebuild the technology solutions as product-independent systems integrators. With a broad portfolio of integrated, digital and cross-domain solutions, the organization is positioned to expand in the fields of building automation, security, fire life safety and energy solutions.
Climatec and Paladin Technologies have built a strong reputation while operating independently in the US and Canada. As Bosch Building Technologies, the organization provides all the solutions and services to its customers from both Climatec and Paladin Technologies. Local expertise, trustworthy relationships, and the ability to quickly adapt to the evolving local needs of customers are essential to your brand’s identity. The newly aligned organization operates under the long-standing reputation of the Bosch brand and global resources, making a strong commitment to its people, customers, technology partners and communities.
“The value of each existing brand is built on one customer and one project, with each employee strengthening thousands of times in their daily interactions with customers and technology partners.” “By integrating the strengths of Bosch and established brands, we are building on a shared foundation. This strong foundation allows us to pursue a growth strategy consistently and create lasting value for our customers.”
As customer needs and technology continue to evolve, the transformation into a unified brand reflects Bosch’s continued growth and adaptability. The organization will continue to focus on developing people as customer-centric systems integrators providing integrated and digital solutions, strengthening strategic partnerships and maintaining entrepreneurship.
Thomas Quante, president and CEO of Bosch Building Technologies, added:
As part of this evolution, Climatec’s energy business will continue to operate under the name Quiratec as a sub-brand within Bosch Building Technology. The team and service model have not changed, and businesses will continue to play a central role in Bosch’s long-term strategy, benefiting from increased collaboration and access to shared resources. The remaining Climatec business units will move along with all Paladin Technologies Operations to operate fully under the Bosch brand.
