Lammers is tasked with leading the company’s global research and innovation strategy, implementing upstream technologies within a science-based platform to enhance performance, quality, safety and sustainability.
As part of that, he oversees all the company’s research and innovation centres, accelerates time to market and jumps on timely trends. He will also work with academic partners within the biotechnology and longevity science space to promote external innovation.
Lammers was hired in combination with Deep Science’s expertise and a consumer-first mindset that rethinks Estée Lauder’s beauty transformation priorities.
