Goa, India – GLJ Ltd. (“GLJ”) and Techno Canada Inc. (“TCI”) have announced the signing of a new joint venture agreement, GLJ WW Private Limited, which will be formally signed on January 27, 2026, on the opening day of India Energy Week 2026 in Goa.
The joint venture brings together two companies with complementary strengths in certification, engineering research and evaluation. Building on that foundation, GLJ WW will combine GLJ’s high quality geological and geophysical services in the Indian market with TCI’s extensive field service network. By leveraging TCI’s field capabilities, this partnership will deliver customized oil, gas and emerging energy solutions to meet the needs of this growing market.
