Hai Robotics wins Technology Excellence Award at PACK EXPO Las Vegas 2025 for HaiPick Climb System

October 9, 2025 – Hai Robotics is proud to announce that its latest innovation, the HaiPick Climb, won the Technology Excellence Award in the General Packaging and Processing category at PACK EXPO Las Vegas 2025.

Sponsored by PMMI (Packaging and Processing Technology Institute), this annual award recognizes breakthrough technologies that have a measurable impact on packaging and processing operations. PMMI called HaiPick Climb a “game-changing technology” that solves real-world challenges and improves efficiency across the industry.

HaiPick Climb is a new generation material handling system that enables more warehouses to take advantage of the benefits of advanced automated storage and retrieval systems (ASRS) without the cost and complexity of traditional systems. This solution uses a compact lifting robot that mounts on only one side of a standard warehouse rack to pick and put away inventory, and requires minimal equipment preparation to implement.

The result is a simplified yet powerful order-picking engine that speeds deployment, reduces costs, and significantly improves performance. HaiPick Climb allows warehouses to:

Deliver totes up to 34% faster than traditional ASRS Reduce your storage footprint by up to 75% Flexibly scale as your business needs evolve

“Winning the Technology Excellence Award is proof that Hai Robotics is redefining the possibilities of warehouse automation and ultimately driving success for our customers,” said Adrian Stoch, CEO of Hai Robotics Americas. “With HaiPick Climb, we are making highly efficient inventory storage and fulfillment automation available to more businesses than ever before.”

This latest accolade follows multiple global recognitions for HaiPick Climb, including the Excellence in Automation Award at the 2025 Archies (UKMHA) and two awards (MTP Group Gold Medal and Consumer’s Choice Award) at Modernlog 2025 in Poland.

HaiPick Climb is part of the broader HaiPick Systems family, a portfolio of flexible, modular ASRS solutions designed to adapt to evolving business needs. The system supports phased deployment, allowing businesses to start small and grow at their own pace with low initial investment.

With ergonomic workstations, an intuitive user interface, and ultra-dense storage reaching heights of 39+ feet (12 meters), HaiPick systems help warehouses increase storage capacity by up to 450%, throughput by up to 3x, and order processing efficiency by up to 4x.
