San Jose, California – July 1, 2025 – Valin Corporation, a leading provider of technology solutions for technology, energy, life sciences, natural resources and transportation, has acquired Burns Controls Company, based in Dallas, Texas. The acquisition, which became effective on June 30, 2025, further strengthens our already robust motion control and automation product portfolio for Valine.
